Good supplier answers are specific. They explain where ENC helps and where a simpler headset may be enough. A supplier who says every buyer needs the highest feature version may be selling inventory, not solving the buyer’s problem.
A realistic buying answer
Choose a standard office headset for quieter rooms, internal calls, fixed desks, and teams that need dependable daily communication without extra complexity. Choose an ENC noise cancelling headset when background noise hurts customer conversations, sales calls, support quality, or meeting professionalism.
The better choice is the one that removes a real problem. If nobody complains about background noise, ENC may be optional. If customers keep hearing the office, ENC deserves attention.
